LTC6994MPS6-1#TRPBF Overview


A cost-effective package is used by using Tape & Reel (TR). With the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package, additional insulation hardware is no longer required. This is due to the supply voltage of 2.25V~5.5V, which ensures reliable performance. As a mounting technique, Surface Mount has been used. This device has an operating temperature of -55°C~125°C. The device is configured with 8 taps/steps. A number of related parts with the same base part number LTC6994 are universally preferred for a wide range of applications. A terminal is located at DUAL. The terminations are provided with 6 for a unique configuration. When the device is operating, the supply voltage of 3.3V is provided. As its logic type, SILICON DELAY LINE is used. As a result of the advanced CMOS technology, it was developed. It provides all benefits of the subcategory of Delay Lines. A supply voltage of 2.25V is sufficient for it to operate. With a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V, it is acceptable for it to operate. In order to ensure flexibility in operation, 2.5/5V is provided with a power supply.
